Wednesday night was dance and we came home with recital outfits. They have pictures on May 25th. Thursday night was ride night for the girl scout troop at Nickelodeon Universe. That was their celebration of choice for selling all of their cookies. I was surprised about some of the rides Mallory did and didn't want to ride. It was a fun night. The Pepsi roller coster, swings and splat-o-sphere were a few of her favorites. My actually give Valleyfair a try this summer.
Friday Krista texted me to see if I was interested in shopping and dinner. Kirk gave the ok so I was off again. Picked up a few deals at Old Navy, dinner at Applebees (Thanks Krista for dinner) and finished up the night picking up a few items at Target.
Saturday morning Mallory and I braved the rain and went to the Tree Sale. Good thing she was the only one I had with since I am not sure how I would have gotten anything else home. We purchased a Spring Snow Crab and Glenleven Linden. Got home and cleaned up so that we could head over to the postponed Easter egg hunt, they ended up having it indoors since the weather still wasn't cooperating. The girls had fun and even got to pick out a gift from the goodie table. After lunch we were surprised to see the sun. Maybe that is what sparked the girls getting 'dressed up' they even wore their costumes to Home Depot. We picked up a few flowers, rasberry bushes, topsoil and mulch. Then home to plant our newly purchased 'Jana' trees. (Miss you tons Aunt Jana!)
Kirk and Mallory were off to Princess and Frog night from 7-9. Not exactly sure what all they did. I know it was sports themed and with a dance. That they got their picture taken but was taking forever to print so they will get the picture to our troop on Tuesday. Mallory seemed to have enjoyed it. Marshall, Mykaela and I hung out at home. Mykaela and I did our nails and she did my make up.
Sunday was fairly low key. The girls went to Sunday School and then we spent the rest of the day at home cleaning and doing laundry.
Note to self take more pictures of Marshall :) His seventh tooth has broke through. Can't believe he will be 1 in a month!
